Order Fulfillment, Return and Refund Policies
CuboAi Baby Monitor Corporation commits to deliver the best customer experience, however if you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return an item, we’re here to help make that process as quick and easy as possible. Before finalizing your purchase, please be aware of our shipping limitations, returns, and warranty policy found below.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with products purchased from CuboAi’s online stores for any reason, you have 45 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.
Upon your consent of purchasing an intangible asset, such as digital content or online service deemed active after the order is completed, such content or service cannot apply to a cooling-off period and is not eligible for a refund.
All the products listed on CuboAi's website or the direct sell retail channel(s) are final. We do not offer size, colour, item styles exchange or customization. Please contact our customer support team to claim the satisfaction guarantee service or request a return or refund for product defects.

To qualify for a refund for your order placed on CuboAi official website, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 45 days of your delivery date by contacting support@cuboai.com or via the in-app chat.
- The returned product(s) must be in good physical condition. You are liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s).
- All accessories included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging—cardboard box and paper sleeve (see details under the “returns” section below).
- Any returned CuboAi goods that are damaged through customer misuse, are missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product(s).
Order Cancellations or changes
If you want to cancel or change your order, please email us at support@cuboai.com as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Please bear in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you want to cancel your order while it is in transit, it will be deemed a return request, and we will provide the necessary information to you to proceed with this process smoothly. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fee for returning the product(s) to our return center.
We will process your refund within 14 to 30 business days after the product(s) are returned to the designated location. However, If you cancel an item that qualifies for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer apply for the same discount or promotion.
In addition, paid shipping and handling charges and taxes (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
Shipping
Fulfillment:
CuboAi is responsible for fulfilling the orders placed on our official store or other authorized third-party business partners. The product(s) will be delivered to the address provided at the time of your order.
Only contiguous addresses in the United States of America, Canada, the UK, Australia, Japan, and Taiwan are eligible for free shipping. CuboAi will not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes), freight forwarders, warehouses, distribution centers, airports, or hotels.
Customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, offshore territories or possessions of the United States of America, or international countries supported for fulfillment and delivery should be aware of extra shipping charges. For international orders, charges will be calculated according to international shipping and import fees.
CuboAi will facilitate the smooth logistic service. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times.
Any of the following circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- Incorrect or invalid shipping address.
- Cancel or change order items, or change your shipping address
- Carrier’s failure to deliver (e.g., blockage, civil commotions, riots, mobilization, strikes, lockouts, natural disasters outside human control - severe weather, plague or other epidemics, tornado, storm, hurricane - or any other cause beyond the seller's or carrier's control.)
- Customs clearance procedures.
Customs, Duties, VAT or Import Tax
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes, special delivery fees administered by your government, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order, and we are unable to estimate those prices for you and do not pay those on your behalf. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Hence, if you refuse the shipment because of unexpected import fees, the value of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Fail Delivery
Our courier partners will make two attempts to deliver the product(s). If they fail on each account for whatever reason, the package will be returned to us. To have us ship the order again, an extra shipping fee will be charged. This fee is not negotiable, and we urge The Buyer to be available for the delivery or inform us beforehand in case of any special circumstances.
Returns
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of their product(s) and assume all risk of loss or damages when shipping your return to CuboAi. Tracking info of the product(s) must be received at our Return Center within 10 business days of obtaining your RMA number.
- CuboAi will not be responsible for lost packages to the return center.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging, including the cardboard box and paper sleeve. In cases where a customer no longer has the original packing materials, a restocking fee might be applied and deducted from the refund.
- If you return the Product to the CuboAi return center;
- without obtaining an RMA number from CuboAi or are unable to provide a return label tracking number or proof of return (if you processed the return yourself), resulting in the return is untraceable;
- without all of the product and accessories included in the original package, CuboAi retains the right to either refuse delivery of such a return or charge you a restocking fee of 50% of the original price of the product;
- CuboAi retains the right to refuse delivery of such a return and the refund.
Note: Please save personal information and unpair the bundled account with the device completely before returning the items.
Refunds
Process
Your purchase price will be refunded through the original payment method and the process will take within 14 to 30 business days after the returned items back to the designated location. You will expect to receive your refund via the original payment method after completing the process. Please contact your credit card issuing bank or the financial institution if you don’t receive the refund after the confirmed of refund request is completed.
- Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, so if you refuse the shipment because of unexpected import fees, the value of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Please contact Customer Support at support@cuboai.com to request up-to-date return and refund information and the location of your nearest return center.
Refund Time
Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.
